'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Possibly Bournemouth!

It's one of the greatest days of the footballing calendar.

The FA cup third round is a stage of the FA cup that everyone wants to be a part of. Some teams, like Burton have to come through the earlier rounds to do this.

Of course technically we're neither through nor out, but we are still in the cup after the 1-1 draw with Fleetwood at Highbury on Saturday afternoon in the second round.

After Sunday's third round draw, in which we were the last ball drawn, we now know that Bournemouth could await us in the New Year.

If we are able to see off Fleetwood in next weeks replay at the Pirelli Stadium home advantage will be our opponents with us going to Dean Court in the first weekend of January.

It'll be foolish to make predictions as to how Burton could do against the Cherries, as we've got to see of the Cod Army first in order to even get a crack at them....
