Another Brewers Upset? QPR Visit

Another Brewers Upset? QPR Visit

Burton made it through the first round of the league cup against a league 2 rival on Tuesday; we'll need to cause another major upset to get into round three though.

The reward for the two-one win at the Pirelli Stadium against Wigan Athletic in the first round is a second round meeting with premier league outfit Queen Park Rangers.

Wigan was our biggest upset as a football league club, certainly in the league cup, but this would top it if we can topple Harry Redknapp's side.

You wait so long for a home game, then you get two, with us the first side drawn out.

We'll be at home again this time; QPR will come to the Pirelli Stadium the week commencing August 25th as Gary Rowett sends out the boys looking to pull off what would be considered his biggest scalp yet and a real cup upset.

Can we do it? At home, against a manager who probably isn't likely to field his 'best XI', but it would still be a fine XI, why not!
